In honor of Nuestra Cultura (our library's version of National Hispanic Heritage Month) and Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), we will host a special Bilingual Storytime led by Ms. Jackie! She will read stories, sing, and play the jarana.

Ikebana is the Japanese art of flower arrangement. It is more than simply putting flowers in a container. It is a disciplined art form that breathes life into each composition, harmonizing the elements of nature and humanity.

Library for All is a monthly arts and crafts program for adults with special needs. People of all abilities are welcome to participate in this event.

This month's craft is : Halloween Painted Flower Pots.

Need a new apron or want to learn to make one? Clicbitz will show you the basic sewing skills needed for creating your own apron that you can use for future sewing projects. All sewing levels welcome! All supplies provided.

LEGO Free Play: Imagine and build with LEGO! Keep your engineering and problem-solving skills sharp using the library's LEGO bricks.

 Storytime includes stories, songs, fingerplays, and a craft.

Get crafty at the library every week! Each week there will be a unique craft that is fun for all ages. All supplies will be provided.

Volunteers from the Rancho Bernardo High School Art for All Club will instruct participants on how to create a different work of art each month. This month's activity is blackout poetry.

Looking for something fun to do on a Monday afternoon? Stop by the Legler Benbough Teen IDEA Lab for Maker Mondays, happening every week from 2 to 7 PM.

Join us on the Patio outside the children's room for arts and crafts after school every Wednesday at 2pm.

Activities are designed for school age children.  Young kids may require parent assistance.

Join us for this month's Family Craft Night as we make Halloween-y watercolor art! Paint a spooky Spider Web with a watercolor relief technique and make a fuzzy pom-pom spider friend to go with it!

Making your own centerpiece is fun and surprisingly easy, and equally easy to maintain! These mini pumpkins adorned with succulents will make the perfect addition to your fall décor.
