Join Mingei International Museum at the North Park Library for Mini Mingei!

Come join us at (San Diego Museum of Art) SDMA for free entry, museum tour and storytime. Stay as long or as short as you'd like. 

Tours are designed for kids ages 0-5 and their caregivers.

Succulent Art: Jade Bonsai—A Hands-On Workshop

Join us for a monthly art class for homeschoolers ages 6 and up. We'll engage in various artforms including drawing and painting. Registration is required below.

 Storytime includes stories, songs, fingerplays, and a craft.

Get crafty at the library every week! Each week there will be a unique craft that is fun for all ages. All supplies will be provided.

Join us on the Patio outside the children's room for arts and crafts after school every Wednesday at 2pm.

Activities are designed for school age children.  Young kids may require parent assistance.

Make a wheel and axle, one of the six types of simple machines, using paper plates and a wooden skewer. For ages 5 and up.

Join us every Monday for LEGO Power Hour! Build your own creations to display in our library.  Program will take place in our study rooms 3 and 4. 

Art Club for Youth/ Collaboration with Museum of Contemporary Art

The Tierrasanta Library Adult Coloring Club is a group that gathers to color for relaxation and creativity. We meet in-person every Saturday afternoon, offering a space for social interaction and sharing artistic expressions.

Immerse yourself in a world of color and sound as you pick up a paintbrush and let your imagination flow onto the canvas.

Attention Tweens and Teens!!!

Stretch your imagination and discover the artist within you've always known existed! Create fabulous crafts! In this program, get detailed instructions on how to make a craft you'll be able to take home!

Join us for drop-in craft Tuesdays. Kids of all ages can make a craft to take with them. All supplies provided. No reservations needed. 

Learn  the awesome secrets and tricks for making your own comics, and how to improve your drawing skills, whether you like manga, super-heroes or Dog Man!
