"The Joy of Piano Rediscovered"

Helena Wei and students from the Emeritus Program at the San Diego College of Continuing Education will perform the music of Bach, Mozart, and Chopin to Piazzolla.

All levels of players are welcome. There will be instruction for beginners and opportunities for kids to play against other kids at their own level. Geared to Grades 1-5.

This meditation class is for all ages and levels. It will be more about practicing than instruction. Bring a mat and cushion for comfortable sitting.

This is the perfect class for all those mini-movers out there! It’s filled with creative movement, lots of fun music and dance games.

Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance (Tai Ji Quan) has been shown to improve balance and mobility and reduce the risk of falls.  People of all ability levels are welcome.  This class can be conducted from a seated or standing position.&nbsp

Recommended for toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary-school age kids, this simple dance program will feature popular songs. Families, it’s time to get your groove on!
