Event Details

Join us for a special evening featuring the San Diego Writers & Editors Guild (SDWEG) and their featured book, New Beginnings, an anthology that consists of a collection of the writings from members of the Guild. Authors drew inspiration from the title, colored their writing with imagination and true-grit life experiences, and crafted it into stories, essays, and poetry that chronicle the real, glimpse the surreal, or inspire visions of what lies ahead.

SDWEG is a group of writers and editors dedicated to improving their skills and helping others do the same. Their mission is to promote, support, and encourage the writing art for adults and youth at every level of experience. 

Author of the Month is a project of the Friends of the Central Library. Become a member and HELP the Friends to support the Library.
