Program Description
Event Details
Students will exercise the whole body, including weight lifting, stretching, improving balance, mobility and flexibility, on Mondays and Fridays 12:30-2:30 pm. Students will also learn about health-related topics that focus on healthy living, and will learn breathing techniques for self-care, mental resilience, and physical relaxation as they age. Please wear flat supportive shoes and loose, comfortable clothing.
