Program Description

Event Details

This presentation takes the audience through the complex cognitive decline of an individual with dementia. Our presenter provides an understanding of why difficult behaviors occur, what the triggers are, and how to manage these behaviors when they occur. An inside look at the changes that occur with Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, and related dementias will help to build your repertoire of skills to prevent the onset of these behaviors, avoid their escalation, and reduce the stress and tension levels of the caregivers.

Presenter: Dr. Joe Casciani, Geropsychologist, Host of the Living to 100 Club

This is a free OASIS presentation; no registration is required.
