Healthy Adventures Foundation’s chef will conduct a healthy cooking demonstration and hands-on class to encourage the consumption of more whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. This class provides instruction, recipe handouts, and samples for attendees. Recipes for today's event: Vegetable tostadas, pico de gallo, mexican fruit cups, and homemade chamoy. Ages 13 & up, online registration required, space limited.
