You are invited to join a 4 week course on mindfulness at the Kensington Library. Attendance to all four sessions is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. Beginner and attendees of all experience levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring something to sit on if you prefer, such as a cushion, yoga mat, or folded blanket. Classes may include didactic talks on mindfulness meditation, mindful sitting meditation practice, mindful walking, questions and answers.
