Experience a refreshing hour of calm, clarity, and true well-being through guided meditation and practical wisdom. This class is open to everyone—whether you are new to meditation or have attended previous "Meditation for Mental Health" sessions.
Led by Buddhist monk Venerable Andrew from Peace Point Meditation San Diego, each session includes an introduction to meditation for beginners, followed by a guided practice and teachings that support inner peace, emotional balance, and holistic well-being.
While each session follows a familiar format, new insights and reflections are offered each time to support continuing growth for returning participants—while remaining accessible and welcoming to newcomers.
All are welcome. No prior experience necessary.
