Outreach workers from the McAlister Institute will provide information about Housing Assessments and Shelter, along with other community resources, on the 3rd Monday of each month.  

For the housing assessments, outreach workers can conduct the VISPDAT, which is the data entry system (Service Point through the RTFH) that could qualify someone for Rapid Rehousing (RRH) or Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH). 

Outreach workers will also have resource lists including affordable housing, sober living, independent living, SROs. Community resources and referrals include food pantries, places to get hot meals, health, medical, psychiatric, mental health, substance abuse, legal, domestic violence, trafficking, and more.
