Event Details
This meditation class is for all ages and levels. This class will focus on practicing rather than instruction. Bring a mat and cushion for comfortable sitting. Chairs will be available. We will do two 15-20 minute periods of meditation with a break or walking meditation in between.
The first session will have a minimum of instruction/discussion, the second will be in silence. The aim is to provide space for our community to gather in silence and with an open heart to bring peace and healing to ourselves and others.
