Theme: Learning to Love Oneself and Others: The Role of Forgiveness

Talk Topics: essential training in loving oneself and others (the healing power of forgiveness), breaking the chain of low self-esteem, compassion and lovingkindness practices 

This six-week class will provide an introduction to mindfulness meditation as a practice that offers an opportunity to experience the mind as free from reactivity. Such freedom produces a well balanced mind. The goal of the class is to teach you how to be mindful of the present moment so as to live a full and fulfilling life.

The class is recommended for ages 18 and up.

Everyone is welcome to drop-in on any class during the series.
