Whether you're new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this session is designed to immerse yourself in relaxation and tranquility as you are guided through various techniques, including breathwork, visualization, and mindfulness exercises to help enhance your overall well-being.

This meditation is led by Hema Singh who has been a resident of Rancho Peñasquitos for the last 10 years and has worked for Qualcomm where she led weekly meditation sessions for employees. She has been doing breath work and meditation for almost 20 years and participates in The Art of Living’s Millions Meditate campaign to enhance mental health and wellbeing. 

** This program is strictly for adults ages 18 and older. Please do not bring children; these programs are intended as an adult only space. **
