Here we discuss the best true crime books. While the stories can be gruesome and the characters repulsive, the stories entertain and often promote considerations of sociological and psychological perspectives. We will discuss the narratives and the storytelling. We meet in a hybrid format on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm. Limited copies of the title can be sourced by the library. Place a hold or ask a librarian to assist. County has some copies as well. This month's selection At Any Cost unravels the twisted story of Rod Covlin, whose unrepentant greed drove him to an unspeakable act of murder and betrayal that rocked New York City.
