Black History Month, February, is the shortest month of the year. So, we're extending our recognition into January and March! Join us for the Marvel blockbuster Black Panther. This superhero film was groundbreaking in many regards, including Ruth E. Carter's Academy Award for Best Costume Design, making her the first Black person to win in the category.
Synopsis
A superhero known as Black Panther defends Wakanda, a technologically advanced country in Africa that has hidden itself away from the rest of the world. Now, he must face a dissident who wants to sell the country's natural resources to fund an uprising.
