San Ysidro Health's Moblie Health Services will be available to provide care for your child's well-being.  

Mobile Health Services Include:

  • Well Child Visits (2 months - 17 years) 
  • Immunizations (Bring your child’s shot record)
  • Minor Sick Visits 
  • Sports Physicals 
  • TB Testing (All ages) 
  • WIC Hemoglobin Test
