Event Details
Instructors are from Silver Age Yoga. Designed so that seniors can safely participate at their level of comfort. Every class utilizes chairs but please bring your own exercise mat if desired. Registration recommended but not required.
Upcoming changes:
Starting September 1st, we will no longer require registration for Silver Age Yoga. Starting September 1st, the capacity will be about 25 and participants will be let in on a first-come, first-served basis.
