If you are considering applying for a trademark but are new to the process, this program is for you. U.S. Patent and Trademark (USPTO) Attorney, Jason Lott, will discuss topics such as: the benefits of federal trademark registration, whether an attorney is needed, how to get free and reduced-price legal help when applying for registration and more.

Participants will also learn about San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, Inc.'s free resources for under resourced entrepreneurs.
