Event Details

UPAC’s Street Outreach services provides targeted outreach to homeless individual living in San Diego County. The program strives to build trust with individuals battling homelessness with the goal of linking them with referrals to substance abuse and mental health treatment, administering the VI-SPDAT assessment, providing help with public benefit enrollment and referral to employment programs and educational programs.
