Come create something unique at Lego Club.  We will be meeting each Tuesday at 2:30 pm for an hour of fun building original lego creations.  Preschool through sixth grade.  Duplos are available for younger builders.

"A" is for Art!  STEAM every other Tuesday afternoon with library staff as we take on a unique art project!  All supplies provided.  Grades K—5^th.

The 2022 Adult selection for the One Book, One San Diego program is The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett.  A major character in the novel is an African-American woman who decides to live as a white woman.  Explore

Bring your ideas to life at our Mobile Maker Lab in the Mission Hills-Hillcrest Library. Learn to use various programs and equipment  such as our 3D printer and die cut machine powered by Silhouette Studio.

Are you the next Judith Polgar? Do you aspire to become the next Beth Harmon? Can you dethrone Magnus Carlsen and become the Chess World Champion? Or, do you simply want to enhance your memory and prevent Alzheimer’s?

Join us every Tuesday from 5 pm-6 pm for Create! At the Library, featuring a new craft each week. This program is for youth aged 5-11, that will develop fine motor skills and creativity. 

Come explore Musical Theatre Dance! This class will focus on basic technical elements of musical theatre dance with influences from other styles including ballet, jazz, modern dance, pilates, etc.

Bring your kiddos in their pajama finery and come on down to the library to hear the story stylings of Ms. Sandy!  She might even wear some pajamas too!
