As part of our wellness programming, Mindful Meditation goes live on the SDPL Virtual Hub on Facebook on the 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and find a calm space to start. Take time for yourself and join in for a 30 minute session of guided meditation—it starts at 9 a.m. and you can drop in, no registration needed. Just follow the link to join in when it starts!
