Event Details

Healthy Adventures Foundation’s chef will conduct a healthy cooking demonstration and hands-on class to encourage the consumption of more whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. This class provides instruction, recipe handouts, and samples for attendees.  Food for this event includes: Vegetable Stir Fry with Rice, Chili Garlic Edamame and Mixed Fruit Yogurt Parfait.  Ages 13 & up, online registration required, space limited.
