In this program from San Diego Continuing Education's Emeritus Program, join 200 RYT certified instructor Carol Phillips a health discussion followed by a multi-level physical activity: stretch, balance, range of movement and stress reduction techniques. Please wear appropriate clothing and bring a mat if you wish to participate in optional floor work Chairs are available.
