Learn how to weave with an expert textile artist from the San Diego Creative Weavers Guild!  This class is targeted to homeschooling youth ages 8+. No prior experience required, and all materials will be provided.

Work on your flexibility, strength building and quiet your mind with functional movement practice. Participate at your own ability. Wear flexible clothing and bring any preferred yoga equipment.

Yin yoga and meditation can help reduce the risk of falls by improving balance, increasing awareness, and decreasing fear of falling. Yin Yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and joints.

Edible landscaping is a practical way to decorate your yard with trees, plants, herbs and flowers that you eat.

Baby Play & Learn is designed to support the development of children ages 0-24 months. This program includes stories, rhymes, songs, and movement activities  followed by an open play time.
