Welcome to Code, Create & Explore: Python, Artificial Intelligence, Art, Games and More! For upper elementary and middle school students interested in exploring Computer Science through hands-on learning in areas like basic Python coding, game development, AI concepts, and creative coding.

In this session, dive into the world of drawing with code! Students will learn skills from drawing pictures with Python to being able to create their own simple game with custom graphics. This class is beginner friendly, with no experience required. We will be using trinket.io, a free online coding platform, so students are encouraged to sign up for an account before the class. 

About the presenters:

The Code, Create, & Explore team is made up of passionate high school students from various STEM clubs at Canyon Crest Academy. We aim to introduce middle schoolers to computer science through fun activities in coding, AI, game development, and more. Our goal is to spark curiosity and build skills, inspiring a passion for learning that students can carry into any future path.
