If you’ve ever heard the phrase “you are what you eat,” there is actually some scientific reasoning behind this! The human gut has a symbiotic relationship with the trillions of bacteria that inhabit it. In this lecture, Erica Forsberg, PhD., will be discussing how these gut reactions can influence how we feel and how they are involved in neurological disorders such as depression and anxiety to autism and neurodegenerative diseases.
