Have you ever wondered whether it would be possible to live on the Moon or Mars? NASA plans to have a permanent base on the Moon and on Mars in the next decade. But to enable it to do so, many problems and challenges must be overcome before the missions will even begin. This lecture deals with all of those challenges and problems inherent in attempting to set up a permanent base on the Moon and Mars. It will also use analogous situations here on Earth and explain why the challenges are greater on the Moon or Mars.
