Join us for an overview of nearly 30 programs and services offered by Aging & Independence Services (AIS) and other local community providers that can help you and your loved ones live a healthy, safe, and thriving lifestyle.

Presented by the County of San Diego Health & Human Services Agency and Live Well San Diego, this program is for adults, older adults, adults living with disabilities, and caregivers.
