Mindful meditation helps us become aware of what is already true moment by moment. It teaches us how to be unconditionally present, no matter what it is. Mindful meditation has been beneficial to some in lowering heart rate, respirations, blood pressure and stress. It is a great addition to your current health routine. This program will be led by Healthy Adventures.
