The San Diego Public Library and SD Black Artist Collective celebrates Black Freedom with a Juneteenth storytime series at the Library! Join engaging BAC storytellers reading some of your favorite children’s books. Today DeVonte Roberts will be reading When God Made You by Matthew Paul Turner and illustrated by David Catrow at the San Diego Central Library.  

No registration required. Tune into the SDPL Virtual Hub at 10 a.m. to watch!


DeVonte Roberts is grateful to be a part of this project. DeVonte is in the Masters program for Public Health and supports community led ideas, like these, that combine art, education and wellness.
