This weekend, celebrate Valentine's Day with your little ones and join DSCL as we read stories about love and all things Valentine's Day, and dance to some fun songs! Plus, have a bit of extra fun with a craft and coloring page.

Saturday is story time in Kensington Park. Bring a blanket to sit on and get ready for stories, songs, and bubbles! Recommended for ages 1-5. Older siblings are welcome to join in on the fun!

Travel the world through different art techniques and styles on the second and fourth Saturday of each month, alongside professional artist Mel Clarkston.

These Storytimes, good for kids ages 4 to 6, are fun, kinetic, and humorous experiences!  I make it a point not just to read books, but to perform them as well!

Join us every Saturday from 10am-noon for Lego and Rokenbok Club! Patrons will be able to build at their own pace.

AI has been around for a long time, although it wasn’t until OpenAI launched ChatGPT in late 2022 that the topic sparked heated debates.

Learn entry level operating instructions for computerized embroidery and sewing machines, and beginning sewing techniques. Participants will complete a 5x5 in. felt patch, then learn to sew the patch to a garment that they bring.

Casual public chess meet, open to all skill levels. Chess club is for ages 7-17. 

In this workshop, participants can learn the basics of embroidery through creating small patches that can easily be incorporated onto clothing, bags, or appreciated as textile drawing.
