The Power of Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition (Class #445)

A whole food plant-based lifestyle is the longest studied and most scientifically proven way to obtain optimal health. It can help improve your immune system, weight, mental health, and energy levels as well as fight heart disease, diabetes type 2, and even cancers. Learning how to add more of these foods to your lifestyle every day — while still eating your favorites with just a few tasty substitutions — can lead you to a successful long-term health journey. I share powerful information that we all need to be aware of and make health simple and enjoyable.

Lectures at the Library is a programming series of FREE classes with San Diego Oasis. These lectures are meant to encourage learning, engagement and deep thinking about current events. Please take a look at what other topics we will be covering over the next couple of months. Feel free to take part in all or some of them. Registrants must sign up for a free MyOasis account to attend these virtual lectures.
