Celebrate Earth Day with Wild Wonders! Meet their team of animal ambassadors and learn about their habitats! This program might include a porcupine, an opossum, a groundhog, or other animals of North America.

Join us to learn about herb container gardening, decorate a pot, create a gardening marker, fill your pot up with soil, and plant your seeds.

This is a two-part session for coaches, mentors, and parents. You are welcome to bring your kids.

Learn how to use the Glowforge 3D laser printer by making a kaleidoscope. All ages are welcome. Patrons under age 8 must be accompanied by a guardian. Materials will be provided. Registration is required.

Science Club is for 3rd through 6th graders who are interested in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Mathematics). Each week kids engage in a new and fun hands-on/minds-on activity exploring a wide range of subjects.

In this “mysterious” program, students use chemistry, physics and observation skills to piece together evidence and crack the case.

Young explorers, dive into chemistry, biology, and physics with our FUN classes at the Rancho Bernardo Branch Library, led by passionate high school students eager to share their love for science! 

Kids can enjoy being creative by building with LEGO blocks and DUPLO bricks. It's a great opportunity for exploring with new ideas, as well as sharing concepts and strategies with other attendees.

Come drop in to play various STEAM games in our downstairs children's area. Learn about programming, circuits, and more!

Bring your ideas to life at our Mobile Maker Lab in the Mission Hills-Hillcrest Library. Learn to use various programs and equipment  such as our 3D printer and die cut machine powered by Silhouette Studio.

These four, fun and easy workshops offer lecture and hands-on teachings on how to grow a healthy and productive garden!  All workshops are taught by UCCE Master Gardeners of San Diego County.
