Event Details

Students will clearly understand the importance of hydrating our bodies to keep our metabolism balanced. Students will recognize that water is not the same as other fluids we drink. In this session, we will also cover the benefits of eating fiber to lower cholesterol and maintain a healthy blood glucose level in our bodies.
