Now that you understand the powerful benefits of a whole food plant-based lifestyle, you may be wondering what to eat.  Here we dive into simple tools and solutions to eat plant-based foods whether you are eating out, traveling, entertaining or just in the comfort of your own home.  Learn how to “prep” your home and your lifestyle to make this transition smooth and enjoyable. You will quickly start optimizing your health and taste buds!

In this presentation you will learn how to: Choose the best in kitchen helper tools, stock your pantry with some budget basics that will go a long way, shop “plant-based” at the grocery store, travel, attend social and holiday gatherings and entertain while maintaining a plant-based lifestyle, and dine out while still eating plant foods.
