Expend Shopping

Work on your flexibility, strength building and quiet your mind with functional movement practice. Participate at your own ability. Wear flexible clothing and bring any preferred yoga equipment.

This yoga class is a great way to do yoga in the office and at your desk. This can be completely seated class or a blend between seating and standing with the chair class.

For those contemplating constructing a family tree, as well as for experienced genealogy researchers.

Volunteers are there to help guide you in your research.

No appointment necessary. First come, first served.
