In this highly interactive, music-based storytime program, children have the opportunity to play musical instruments, learn beats with rhythm sticks, and dance and move to the sounds. All ages are welcome to attend.

Learn signs to use with your child! Signing fun with songs, stories, and finger plays as well as tips for using sign language as a preverbal communication tool with your little one.

Join us in the library's spacious community room where we can all safely space out for a Storytime with Miss Melissa or Miss Jennifer appropriate for preschoolers.

Join Ms. Carrie, on Zoom, Wednesday mornings for virtual stories, songs, and fun that foster early literacy skills.

Dance, sing, laugh, and enjoy engaging stories with Carrie The Librarian! This program is recommended for ages 2-5 but all ages are welcome at this fun weekly program. 

We will pass out “tickets” right before storytime.

This class will provide basic information associated with the signs and symptoms of breast and cervical cancers.

Our friends from the San Diego Humane Society will be here for  this special storytime! Canine ambassadors will be on hand for participants to meet.

Mind and Body Fitness is done mostly standing or in a chair. No mats required.
Space is limited to 25 people per class.

Be sure to get to the library a little early, this class fills up fast!

The Old Globe will host a 90 minute workshop where participants can learn about the plot of Comedy of Errors and play activity games.

Celebrate Nuestra Cultura by making a colorful flower crown. Traditionally made in Mexico by Artesanos with crepe paper. Practice your artisanal skills and make your own. Material and instructions will be provided.

Come join us every Tuesday at 11:30am for Music and Motion! This program is designed to introduce babies and toddlers to music, dance and instruments. We will learn new motor skills, shake our sillies out and sing at the top of our lungs.

Queendom is a program for Russian/ Kazakh speaking women in San Diego that meet regularly to learn and grow together to encourage and support each other to lean in and step outside our comfort zone.
